How quickly do you answer my question?
We answer messages in the order they arrive, usually within 24 hours. Write to support@rievolta.de or use our contact form.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders from €20. Below €20 it costs €4.95.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is shown on every product page, directly below the price. After shipping you receive an email with your tracking number.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU countries as well as Norway and the United Kingdom.
Will my order arrive in one package?
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages, sometimes a few days apart.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will try to change it before the package leaves.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping email or the Track your order page.
My item arrived damaged or something is missing. What now?
Please send us your order number and a photo of the damage. We will find a solution with you, for example a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Details are in our cancellation policy and you can use our withdrawal form.
Why is no VAT shown?
Rievolta is a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act). Therefore no VAT is charged.
